Energy CS Opiyo Wandayi says KETRACO-Adani project will proceed despite fraud charges in the US, emphasizing comprehensive due diligence by the govt.
Opiyo says the government had no Knowledge of any other adverse matters that would come to light and therefore they are proceeding on the outcome of the rigorous process that was undertaken by the Contracting Authority KETRACO.
He further says the bribery and corruption claims have no bearing or any cases of corruption in line with the PIP with Adani Solutions.
